So I wasn't able to watch very much, but what I was able to look at of HBO's Mosaic and reading up on it leads me to already love it. As a fan of interactive media and mysteries, I find this approach to be very enjoyable and immersive. I started on my iPhone, but quickly switched to desktop. The idea of being able to watch scenes from multiple points of view and read extra information while watching is something I love, and reminds me of alternate reality games and narrative-based video games. Being a fan of both Life is Strange and MarbleHornets meant I immediately fell in love with this format. As a person who enjoys writing and seeks full immersion in my media, the options and supplementary resources proved to enhance the experience I've had so far. Looking at the discoveries helped me better understand the world, much in the same way reading a Star Wars novel helps me understand its world.
